Poor ,cqc need to take their licence and contract off and paying this private company millions of pounds of tax payer money

Very upsetting, just filling the forms, waiting just to be referred to an ortophedist, waiting 4 days for call back, but just receiving message from I believe receptionist that I have to go back to MSK, doctor didn't even bother to spend 10 minutes to consult. Absolute joke! I hope to change surgery soon

Taken me 4 months to get an appointment to be told no record of appointment steer clear these doctors do not care!! I made multiple attempts via phone and klinic. I have just left the surgery in tears was told my sick note is still running....didn't even know I had one!!! I have to say receptions involved we're actually very good

This drs surgery have been great over the last couple years, Dr Lineham and Dr Reidy went above and beyond a while back for our daughter. My view on them has definitely changed over time.

Very dissatisfied. I came all the way to get my neck checked and they didn't have me on the system. I wonder why an appointment reminder was sent in the 22nd of March and nobody updated the portal after that.
