The staff at the reception are not welcoming, arrogant and difficult to talk to. I want to change my GP because of their attitude . This is not normal, I hope someone takes this comment seriously and moderates them. but Probably not gonna happening.

Wonderful surgery. Reception staff are kind and attentive and so far all the GPs I've seen have felt genuinely caring and helpful. Never feel rushed or stressed when attending the surgery and even though I have moved further away I have stayed registered because of the quality of care compared to the surgery nearest my home
