right so bassicly we paid 8.00 for a large named shake and got 0.71 pence back! When we asked for our chang they refused to give it us and rolled their eyes at me.

Walked into the shop, I thought nice aesthetic. We took 2 mins to think about what we should order, and when we were ready, they complete blanked us and didnt even acknowledge we were waiting to order. They decided to keep making milkshakes. One of the workers even stopped and just stared blankly for a moment. That time she took couldve been used to take orders for customers! We stood there for 20 minutes and decided to leave. The queue was out the door, and the people at the back of the queue wondered why we left empty handed. We said Were leaving as the queue is out the door and weve been at the front of the line for 20 minutes and we werent even acknowledged. I decided to go to Costa which was next door, which was the better decision as it only took a quarter of the time that Shakeaway spent not even acknowledging us. What a waste of a parking ticket. Im hoping the next time I come I am cared about by your staff.
