Argos Talbot Heath in Sainsbury's

Outrageously bad service and exceptionally rude manager, Adam Page, we were refused a refund for a faulty TV and he virtually accused us of damaging it ourselves. No recourse to consumer rights as he told us to contact the manufacturer and our contract was with Argos, the retailer. I will NEVER shop at Argos again. A completely different result in Yeovil who refunded us with no comeback. I note with interest that there have been many similar comments over the years and I wonder why Argos hasnt addressed the issue yet. I am shocked and appalled.

Just went to pick up my order at Argos. the manager MARIO, was absolutely horrible. I lost m card and after proving with my Id that it was me, even showing him my card statement's he refused to give me my order. I end up cancelling the order and leaving quite sure if I was a man he would approached differently. Horrible service...

Very rude customer service staff.Older lady kept asking for code.Gave my email then waited for receipt .She said atent you going to put it in your trolley?then they laughed as i walked off.I wasnt particularly with it today.But made me very anxious and self concious .
