Northmead Dental Creekmoor

I visited Northmead Dental Practice on 12/01/2023,the dentist was Dr Sen,I found her quite rude and she did not examine my teeth and I have a large hole in my left upper that needs filled she did not seem to care,also I asked her about a tooth in my front upper that needs attention and she told me she won`t attend to this as it is all about vanity,so I had less than 5 minutes in the surgery and nothing was done,(ie)looking for problems or listening to me,very rude,waste of 26.99 examination fee.

Have been on hold for 55 minutes and told i was next in the queue. Decided to go for the call back option but nothing!. Not very impressed.

Dr Williams has been so kind, looking after my son since being brutally attacked resulting in the loss of a front tooth and chipped front tooth. He has always been thorough and sought advice to give the best possible outcome for my son. Iv always been nervous of dentists and havent been myself for a very long time , if they were taking on adults at the moment, which they unfortunately are not I would want him to be the one to look after me. Humorous at times, an all round lovely guy. Reception staff are always really friendly also they should all be so proud.

I'm so pleased that this is my new dentist! I'm a nervous patient, and past mental health struggles have had an effect on my teeth, which to this day make me feel insecure. However, neither the dentist or the dental nurse judged me, or made me feel uncomfortable. All of the staff made me feel very at ease and welcome, and were very kind.Thank you to Dr. Romi Sen for seeing me today, and thank you to Northmead Dental for taking me on as a patient. Would highly recommend!
