Not good the mess around a lot and their dental staff have very hight turnover. They have problem at the very top that is for shore.

My daughter has autism and complex mental health problems and missed two appointments due to hospitalisation Receptionist very rude and accused her of wasting their time and said dentist wont see her Absolutely disgusting and probably because shes nhs and not paying privately Would not recommend - no compassion or empathy

No star! Horrible staff and dentist. I totally agree with below Adam Chojnacki comment that was posted 7 months ago that I have attached below! "Absolute disaster!!! Avoid them if you care of your teeth!!! I'm just after so called "check up". As always, nothing has been checked but the teeth I said I think something is wrong with. I've been confirmed that some problems have been found, but I've been just told: "There's nothing I can do". Even teeth have been treated by them before in less than 6 months time - there's nothing they can do... So what you are there for if you can't do anything??? I remember few years back that was pretty good dental surgery. Since then the staff has changed completely and now it's the time run away from there. I need a dentist, not a money collector, who cannot do anything." Similar situation is happening with me currently and I am in a lot of dental pain. All they want is money and don't have any dental experience. I am in a lot of pain its been a year now because of them - In start of 2022 in January I went to them for pain in my tooth without examining anything they just did the filling and dentist sent me home after three months I started having pain in same tooth and been to them again and they said we can't do anything filling is there so everything is ok but I was in a lot of pain and been to some other emergency appointment and that dentist said you need a root canal but I can't do it here you need to go to your dentist for that. I phoned them again and said to them I need a root canal gave me appointment for after one month - - did root canal last week and since then I am in more pain then before he has not done it right because he is not a dentist he don't know anything all he need is money and playing with people's teeth. No way I am going back to them to fix it because he don't know anything. All I want is my money back for my root canal that I did last week so I can go to some other dentist. If they didn't refund me I will make a campaign about them on social media and will raise their complain with nhs as well.
