        I've been with Polz Apart for 8 years, I came to the lessons on my own and was welcomed with open arms. So friendly and non judgemental I loved it and still do. I now do Aerial and Pole and love every second of them, always new things to try and challenges to overcome. My fitness level has sky rocketed since starting and I couldn't be without my training now! Thanks Polz Apart for giving me the confidence!

        Ive been doing aerial with polz apart for over 5 years now and pole for about 2 years and I honestly couldnt live without these classes! I was welcomed as soon as I started even though I was super weak and they helped me build strength and so much confidence over the past few years! Couldnt recommend this place anymore
