The job as a whole from meeting Adam right up until the very end was a fantastic and easy experience. We couldnt have asked for a nicer, conscientious, hard working and motivated builder with a team following the same work ethic. Everything was always on schedule and any tweaks needed were always run by us for our opinion. Nothing we asked for was too much. They were very considerate of the fact I work from home and always prepared for me for large noise disruption and always very tidy! The final finish to our build we could not be more happy with. I had the pleasure of the Quincy loft team converting my loft this summer. Adam had helped from the initial 'is it possible' to recommending an electrician for the next phase. The work has been done to a very high standard and as quickly as physically possible, working through the hottest summer on record without complaining. Quincy Lofts undertook our extension and loft conversion to an excellent standard. Adam and his team were flexible, professional and were able to stick to their proposed timeframes. We would highly recommend his services and have done so to our neighbour who would like to carry out similar work. Adam was very open and made some key suggestions that enhanced the final look and feel of the work carried out. He is very likeable as an individual which makes a long term project a bit more enjoyable to carry out. He kept our home very clean after the work was carried out and was always on hand to offer advice whenever needed. We would definitely use him again and he he was able to carry out all the work as stated in the price, which helped us massively when budgeting. LOFT CONVERSION 2021/22 DORSET Quincey Lofts provided us with a full turn key loft conversion service including initial onsite consultation, quotation for works, design drawings, structural engineering guidance and gaining planning permission through the local council, to finally delivering the physical project works. Our first floor box bedroom was extended into a large gabled master bedroom to the extremity of the property, with two additional dormers facing East and West. Quincey Lofts proved to be a knowledgable, profession, competitive and trustworthy buildings contractor, who we would thoroughly recommend.

We had Adam and his team in to remove our old finlock concrete gutters and replaced with UPVC. We now have a fully vented loft space therefore solving the damp issue we previously had. Absolute top job, very neat and very fair with his prices. Services: Roof installation, Roof building
