        Would give zero if I could. I booked a set cruise from the website as a gift for my parents. They turned up on the day and were told 'were not doing that one today'. No explanation at all. They were offered a different trip (different time) but because of a lunch reservation this didn't work. So why could I not have been emailed or called in advance? They had all my details. So my poor patents had a wasted 2 hour round trip and paid parking. Have tried calling but keep getting cut off.

        Fantastic Jurassic Coast Circle, staff excellent and professional. Commentary was fun and factual. We had two young children with us and both enjoyed the trip. Recommended!
