        I am trying to arrange the collection of a return parcel to Amazon. Printed the documents and tried to contact DHL via both the web site and phone number provided therein. NEITHER WERE OBTAINABLE!! The only contact I was able to make via a number found online resulted in an autovoice asking for a number I don't have. All I have is a waybill number that did not work. Easier to deal wit MI5!!

        Don't bother trying to call and actually speak to a person all automated and didn't matter which button you press it will not let you talk to an actual person . Very frustrating.
