      • Lost Cause

        Just terrible service! I needed help getting my QR code to scan and print. The man behind the counter today refused to come round and help me saying he could not leave the till unattended presumably he has no idea how to lock his own till and the scanner is just the other side of the counter in full view of the till. He served two people ahead of me who had come in after me. When I just gave up in despair he made it clear he was glad to see the back of me! No way to treat a pensioner - no way to treat anyone - appaing customer service!
