Not very friendly staff - made me feel uncomfortable! This was my first appointment since lock down. I checked in at reception ok but then asked if I could make an appointment for my husband who was having a problem with his teeth. The receptionist told me that he had an outstanding amount on his account for a missed appointment. I queried it because we had not heard anything from them since lockdown, to which she shrugged her shoulders and said that maybe he had arranged the appointment himself as if he might do it without me knowing! I said I would contact him to clarify the situation. As I thought, no appointment had been made or missed to which the receptionist said she could see if the manager would waive the charge. So I said could she do that to which she replied the manager wasnt there! When I got called into the dentist she didnt even turn around to say hello or even acknowledge me so I just sat in the chair, after a while she asked me if it was for a checkup which I confirmed it was. The few words she spoke after that made me feel uncomfortable and embarrassed about my teeth. She never told me that the checkup was over just sat the chair back up and walked out of the room! So I got up and left. I never had a problem with them before but Im seriously thinking about changing my dentist after this poor experience.
