This store has a 1.99 charge on their ATM, which is the only one anywhere near the shop or for quite some distance. This coupled with their ridiculous minimum spend for card payments being 6 POUNDS means you either have to pay them a 50p excess or pay 1.99 to withdraw your own money. This has clearly been put in place on purpose as they know they have the only ATM for miles. Do not go here unless you have to, this practise is basically a scam, they choose to employ both of these fees, leaving no options other than to pay one of them and considering this is a corner shop most people are probably only trying to spend a few quid. Visiting this shop is like stepping back in time ten years. (Miserable owner too but I'm not surprised based on his unethical practises, stop making people pay to spend their own money.)

The minimum spend for cards is 6 a bit ridiculous for any shops to not accept card payments lower then 6 asspecially due to the current climate and lack of choice in store, The reason for them doing this is because they want you to use the 1.99 charge ATM attached to the shop. Ridiculous!
