        There needs to be more than one person on the cigarette/Lotto/information desk. This Sunday I waited in a queue for 15 minutes while one customer monopolised the young man on the counter, at which point another customer and myself gave up and left. This is not the first time and it's by no means the fault of the young man in charge.
