My family live just round the corner so we shop in Co-Op very often for bits & bobs and it always puts us in a good mood as all the staff, bar none, are so chatty and smiley. Your recruitment process must be very good!

UPDATE: My bad, well, sort of - turned out Theakstons was the ham not a beer! (Hadn't realised it was cured in Theakstons ale and that how it appeared on receipt) Great service, and they know their products!
