        I would give this zero stars if possible. I am not sure what has happened to this place recently but the manager/owner (old guy) is a very rude, unhelpful and agressive person. Avoid this place like the plague!

        The young woman who served me here makes up for some of the really horrid managers I have had to deal with in other chain stores recently. I needed to return a parcel that came to me in error. I try not to have lots of apps on my phone so went here with my parcel and the email I received about it. She went out of her way to assist me. She used the app on her on phone to get into my account and complete the return. Her kindness was unsolicited and genuine. What a refreshing change. I will make more use of this store in future.

        Visit every trip to Poole. Great selection of cold drinks always have stuff I have never tried. Always happy helpful staff!!!
