Paul was recommended by the local community; he was able to look at our very slow laptop at a day and time to suit me, offered a no-fee diagnosis and didnt pressure me to fix the issue. I happily agreed to him fixing the laptop and it has never worked better! No more frustration over it taking hours to load up and then being slow and laggy while using it, it loads very quickly and runs like a dream; my son is delighted.
