In the last few weeks, we've raised two tickets and quickly and reassuringly AnyTech Solutions have solved the issued without delay. I would not recommend this company. The team loaded up-to-date software on my MacBook. When I called to question why the latest version wasnt loaded (which he explained) I asked if there would be any reason why I am now unable to load Citrix to my desktop - I asked if the software was loaded correctly. I was expecting that he would offer assistance. Instead he told me that I was accountable for what I loaded and that he couldnt help - this was my issue to resolve, not theirs As a laptop repair company I would have thought this was their speciality. The male employee was very rude and got aggressive in his tone because I was asking for next steps so I can use my laptop for work. He was not interested in listening to me and accused me of interrupting him; however, when a customer is not given any chance to speak/clarify what can one do? I was honestly shocked at how I was spoken to so unprofessionally, and the overt lack of willingness to assist in any way. Quite easily the worst customer service I have had in a long time. I would definitely recommend finding another laptop repair company to assist.

Refreshing to meet a business with old world ethics. My laptop wasn't charging and I had already tried a different charger. I was online looking for local businesses to help fix it. The first 2 were very defensive - we will have to take a look - will cost you x amount for that and would not even quote me for the commonest most likely problem - finally I spoke with Vivian - she took details of my laptop and as promised came back with a quote for the commonest problem and also why in my particular laptop it's more expensive, I had already done my homework before so was aware that it's a time consuming task. I went over with the laptop and within a day got a message about it being ready for collection. I was under the impression that what ever the problem was is now fixed. Couldn't believe my surprise when I went to collect - it had decided to start working and they won't charge me anything. I think where I am headed for my computer/ laptop related issues.
