        After 4 months of relentless agonising back pain I am now completely pain free after just 4 appointments. So incredibly grateful to John for helping me. He is very knowledgeable and skilled. It was a small price to pay to be free of pain. I can thoroughly recommend him and will have no hesitation in going back to him in the future. Poole Bay was recommended to me by my GP.

        i have been to Poole bay Osteopaths ever time i found the treatment i how very helpful, the first time i went i had lost feeling all down my left arm and pain in my shoulder after a few treatments i was fine, well worth the money

        Having suffered from various back and neck problems over the years I have seen many different Osteopaths and John is by far the best. Sometimes a problem takes a few visits, but I always leave his surgery feeling much better than when I arrived. Highly recommended.

        I usually have a back problem once or twice a year where I get a spasm and then my back goes at the bottom and John always sorts me out. He is very good and now wont go anywhere else. Usually after a couple of days my back is back to normal.
