First time woodburner user as I don't have any idea called to chimney sweep cost 90 only cleaned the lining and nothing else as he mention my burners old he couldn't see the plate of the model which was on the door frame, he didn't do anything with the burners glass frame as it was not secure probably, normally they supply rope as been told but he didn't, asked for a quote to repair and make it safe to use and it's been over a month they haven't gave me a quote,they come with new installation and still no price given not impressed,

This is the second roof supplied and fitted by Graham Parnell at a different property. The first one was a flat roof 14 years ago which is still in excellent condition . We contacted Graham again now of Chimney Geeks and were advised a complete new roof was required for our house. Our quotation included scaffolding , removal of existing tiles and provision of a new membrane and tiles, making good damaged guttering and chimneys. The work was completed in January when weather conditions were difficult to say the least. Highly recommend Graham and staff for a first class job.
