I placed an order via their website and two hours later I still had not received my order, the order was placed with the parkstone branch so decided to call them to see why the order was taking so long I phoned multiple times and each time the phone rang through, I then called their other branch only to be told the parkstone one was closed but the owner had forgotten to turn off online orders.
It has now been over two weeks and after calling more than 3 times in the past 2 weeks I have still not received my refund, I do not understand why it has taken this long to issue a refund, I never received my order so not quite sure as to why Charlies chicken think it is okay to keep hold of my money.
