Excellent Service, a competitive price and invaluable advice Perfect. I recently enlisted Greenward Associates to conduct a pre-purchase property inspection in Canford Cliffs, Poole. Throughout the process I dealt with Brian Ward who I would whole heartedly recommend as he is both very personable and very professional. Brian provided me with an initial synopsis and then answered my questions providing guidance and reassurance on a number of points. The subsequent report arrived on time and was as expected very thorough. The seller has now undertaken to address a number of issues highlighted by Brian which will inevitably save me considerable time and money. All in all Greenward Associates have proved to be an excellent choice that I would highly recommend.

Greenward Associates prepared a pre-purchase house survey for my wife and I and we found the service first class. The survey was carried out at short notice and the findings were provided quickly and were both clear and informative. They were subsequently available to answer follow up queries in a timely manner and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to carry out the same service in the future.
