Found the car I was looking for and everything was set out to collect. Came down to have a look and complete the purchase. Whilst dealing with the salesman I asked the usual questions, last service etc... He told me that the last service was done 4 days ago, great! Then saw there was the ECO warning light on the dash, asked about it and they advised that they had disconnected the artillery battery so the stop start doesn't work and that they took it to land rover to reprogram. Not knowing all the ins and outs I took their word for it that it would be okay. When I had a chance I decided to change the battery to see if that would get rid of the light, and sure enough it did and everything worked. (45 fix) He advised that the service history would be sent to my address. After chasing for over a month I finally received it. Found that the last service was done almoat 20k miles ago last year. Called them up and they assured me that the service was done in house but they could not provide any proof, and told me to do a service if I wanted to be safe. So to 'be safe' I decided to do the service anyway and boy am I glad that I did. Oil filter was absolutely shattered, came out in bits and pieces and oil blacker than any I've seen. Makes me wonder if the previous services that theu sent over were ever done at all. In conclusion, I feel it was very unnecessary and unprofessional to lie about such details as it would not have affected the sale at all, just the health of the car. If I was told that they haven't done a service and that the battery needed changing I would have just done it anyway and been at ease that everything was fine. Overall I am absolutely chuffed with the car and have no complaints about it at all. Exactly what I wanted. What a shame that such poor customer service ruined the sale of this wonderful motor.

Wonderful . Went to look at a Mercedes and bought it. Gareth was so helpful and polite. I Had a test drive no problem, buying a second hand car always makes me nervous Gareth put me at ease and he answered the phone if I called him, he even delivered my car to me . The car is absolutely lovely, it was delivered to me all clean and had been valeted . Im so pleased and I know Gareth is on the end of the phone if I need him. I can fully recommend them. Im so pleased I bought my car there . Full marks to Gareth a credit to the company . Thank you .

Long story short. Bought a BMW from them. Required 6k minimum to repair. Was due to be collected as I legally rejected the vehicle, but I asked for what I was to be refunded and when to be put into writing. So that all parties are covered and seen as though some paperwork still to date haven't been done. As soon as I said about I'll have to get solicitors involved due to nothing being put into writing, Gareth hung up on me and now won't return any form of communication. I've tried for a good while over email, text, WhatsApp and phone calls to contact them to get this resolved. To date they haven't refunded me or collected the car. I will change this review, as and when it's resolved

Cant thank the chaps enough. Purchased a stunning Range Rover off them and am very happy with the car. Easy honest transaction all the way. UPDATE Just bought another car for my daughter. Same excelllent service.
