Excellent experience all round. They made an offer for part exchanging our old car over the phone and honoured it when we arrived to pick up the new one. Then went above and beyond when I had brought the wrong document for the log book. Not to mention the car, which despite its age runs beautifully, and had just been serviced and valeted. And Mr Serhat provided excellent, efficient communication throughout - nothing was too much trouble. I was suspicious that it was all too good to be true but came to the conclusion that this is a company that really deserves the good reputation they are working so hard to achieve!

Found my ideal car online at Smart Car Sales and from the initial enquiry, they were quick to respond and accommodated my need to have as much information as possible before making the purchase. I was over 200 miles away and they answered all my questions and sent any requested pictures in a prompt manner. Nothing was too much trouble. I can recommend Smart Car Sales, and I can recommend them. The car is exactly as described and I am very happy with it.

Found the exact car I was looking for online. Once the finance was sorted I was in touch with the dealership. Smart Car Sales were quick to reply, gave all the information I needed and helped calm my nerves of buying a car I hadn't seen in person. The Golf was delivered to MK and the driver was happy to teach me the car controls and give some driving tips. Great service from start to finish and the car is excellent. Thank you
