I booked my car in for a service last month. Zoe quickly contacted me and said it was urgent I needed a new tyre. I wasnt expecting to get my car back in the same day as the tyre wasnt in stock but they managed to sort it out and I received my car back the same day. Zoe was in contact with me the whole time, keeping me updated and gave me notice on when to pick up my car so I am very happy with this service.

Disappointed, tried to book an MG4 test drive, through their website book a test drive form. After emails + phonecalls, messages left over last 3 days (quite frustrating as if they didn't want to communicate). Finally booked and confirmed it for tomorrow with Reg, only to be called back by him 30 mins later cancelling the appointment for another time (which wasn't suitable). Gave up and contacted Southampton MG dealer, treated professionally, all sorted and confirmed in 20 mins. Shame Hendy MG I was a cash buyer and ready to order after the test drive !

Picked up my new MG4 EV last Friday all went through very quickly and efficiently via Jake and the backroom boys and girls. I then drove to London for the weekend, would have returned home without charging if my foot wasn't so heavy. Great car to drive and very comfortable.

Sanjay was very helpful. Disappointed with the delay to delivery times down to the SAIC registration software update failing. Would have been good practice to make some kind of goodwill gesture over and above the use of a courtesy car.

We met Sanjay Sivarajah on his first day at Hendy MG, in October 2022. He accompanied us on a test drive in an MG4. The following day we placed an order and we collected the car on March 02, with a 23 registration plate. Sanjay provided excellent customer service and kept us informed with the progress of the delivery. The handover of the car was comprehensive, and we are pleased with the car and the buying experience.
