We spent a long time deciding on our vehicle, so was delighted to come across the great deals Hendy Hyundai Poole offered. Although we lived a long distance away, from purchasing to collection was smooth, efficient and quick. The team at Hendy were excellent to deal with, especially Jordan Fleet, who we found to be particularly helpful and knowledgeable. The whole experience was pleasurable and we're 'over the moon' with our new vehicle.

No customer parking available (again). I have bought my car in for a service that was pre booked to find no parking available onsiite or off, I had to leave my car in one of the few stretches of space used to move cars around the site, hoping it would be taken in to the workshop ASAP. From a custmer perspective the parking has got to a level where it is worht travelling to another dealer with on site customer parkig available. This site is too busy and has too many car delerships in one place to cope with the amount of customers.
