I spoke to a guy called Chris who despite being new deliver excellent service and advise and helped me find what I was looking for, all members of staff were friendly and smart. The whole experience was pleasant, I will definitely return and recommend friends and family

Last bank holiday I had a flat tyre/puncture and I called Hendy in a bit of a panic that I wouldnt be able to get it sorted. Zoe managed to squeeze me in as the last appointment of the day, and got it all sorted including two new tyres that I needed as well. First class service again. Thank you Zoe

I have just had 2 Nox sensors replaced on my van at Hendy Renault Wallisdown Road Poole. The service advisor Louise Cannings was very helpful in explaining what work was going to be done and showing me the exact amount it would cost. I had a phone call as soon as the work was completed and i was very impressed with the service i recieved. I shall be using this branch again . The only downside is there is not enough available parking spaces for dropping off your vehicle.

After purchasing my 2nd car in 6months with the Hendy group I was disappointed yet again! Picked up my new car and it had wrappers left in it, within a week I noticed it wasn't running right. It went in, apparently the injector needed coding. A week later it still wasn't right, so I took it back. Apparently now the timing chain had gone, but it's OK to drive like it still said the mechanic! By now I'm on my 3rd custorty car! I've had cortesy cars longer than my own by now! Got the car back it still isn't running right! Apparently nothing is wrong with it. I took it to a specialist garage he drove it and was shocked! Diagnosed the fault and I then blew my top and demanded a refund. All along I gave them chances to fix my car, and was basically made to feel I was mad! The curtesy car they gave me was filthy, medication left on the floor, learner plates on the car, I wouldn't let a pig sit in there , all I got was I'm sorry! Sorry that I had to clean and hoover your car!! It then all changed when I demanded a refund, all along I was told I could reject my car! I wouldn't recommend buying a car from any Hendy group there obviously not serviced, no wonder a 4 year old car had 4 owners!
