        Made the mistake of using this branch today, the woman that served me told me to use the machine to put cash in, but I said Id prefer not to and all I got was a bad attitude and rolling of the eyes. I wont be using that branch again Broadstone are much friendlier.

        Have been with nationwide since i can remember, and i can not fault the staff or the building society at all. I have always had issue resolved quickly and easily, I wouldn't go anywhere else 10/10
