        Saxonbury Wimborne. After just a few years all the Rendered homes are cracking and holes appearing with exterior paint failing. Wyatt want home owners to claim on warranty leaving them each at a loss if 500 to a 1000 to instigate a claim. Worth a drive around Constance Rd to see for yourselves. Poor quality so early on. If considering a purchase get a firm like Exact to carry out a full inspection to save you a headache regardless off any sign offs.

        Brilliant houses but the after sales service is basically non existent. Don't waste your time or effort trying to get any faults rectified once you've moved in, they will get out of doing any repairs properly and just waste even more of your time whilst they try to bodge it!
