Daren Vyes Beachbody Academy

Ive been with Daren for many years now and I found him an incredibly amazing coach very knowledgeable and helpful. The coaching system that he offers from the start of a course to the finish is designed for the individual and not just as a group, he caters for everybodys needs and wont let you go above and beyond your capabilities, whilst still helping you attain your ultimate goal of health and fitness. I would highly recommend anybody that is looking to improve their fitness level to come along and try Beachbody Academy you wont be disappointed. Also as an added bonus Ive found everybody to be so friendly its amazing. Many thanks for all your help over the years Daren.

Ive been attending Darens Beachbody Academy since he opened the doors to his new HQ. Daren is friendly and welcoming and I very quickly felt at ease. I started on 2 sessions a week and quickly upped it to 3 and I havent missed a session yet! Every session is the perfect mix of variety and fun whilst also pushing us to work hard and sweat buckets! All abilities are welcome, even me whos pretty rubbish at most of it! (Got to start somewhere, right??) Daren sets the exercises but quickly modifies them to get the best out of the individual. Im going to miss it next week when Daren has a well-earned Christmas break! Thank you Daren

I joined Darren's bootcamp in September, being a complete beginner i was really apprehensive and felt very nervous as was something new to me. The first session i came i was so pleased with how welcoming and supportive everyone was and when i struggled with sessions Darren helped me and even finished sessions with me! A few months on, i am addicted, i never thought i could enjoy exercising so much! If anyone is wanting to get fit, whether you are a beginner or at any level this is the place to join!

6 years ago I started my fitness journey and can honestly say this programme changed my life and I will never look back, Daren has a wealth of knowledge and is always there to support you but also pushes you to achieve maximum results. Every workout was always different and there's a wonderful community of people who are there encouraging and supporting eachother.

Ive been training with Daren for 20 years now. Ive tried other sessions, other workouts but Daren is by far the best for variety of session, progression and kit variation. I cannot recommend him enough, if you want to get fit or loose weight or increase stamina or increase muscle or all of these, Daren will help you achieve this, give him 8wks commitment and you will see a big difference!
