Hard to get hold of on the phone. Do not deliver to the mechanic so had to take a cab to collect a part and take this to the mechanic.

When booking my brake service, the confirmation email is misleading and doesnt give any details about drop off/pick up times and doesnt state whether a courtesy car is available. I called to ask about these timings and was told to drop off before 10am and pick up at half 5 in the evening!! My lift to and from the garage fell through so, on the off chance, I asked if it was possible to have a courtesy car, Brad in the booking team didnt come across very friendly or helpful at all and very bluntly said no. Services: Vehicle Inspection, Auto maintenance, General repairs & maintenance

First of all I took my car to the garage for a service and MOT - the person working at the garage then started telling me how awful it was there..not a great start. My car was given a Visual Health Check and form which showed my car had an oil leak from gearbox - the quoted amount to fix this was 296.07. I booked it in - turn up for the repair only to be told they have no courtesy car so I then have to re book. Not sure why I wasnt made aware of this before turning up - super annoying and made me late for work. I then turn up for the 2nd appointment.. I had to phone at 4.30 pm to see what was happening with my car and was told the delay was because they had 50 cars in that day and then that the amount shown on the Health Check form was wrong and the amount would actually be 1316.00 - over 1k more than I was quoted? I was then told the guy that quoted me was new and not trained properly. I have raised this issue with management and they didnt seem to care. I will not be going back to this garage or recommending to anybody.
