        I love bike shops. And this one has a reputation for having some nice bikes and kit. I know this even though I live many miles away. I nearly didn't pay them a visit based on poor reviews here but glad I did. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Not patronising in any way. They were attentive but not overly so you feel uncomfortable. They were great with the other customers in there too. Keep up the good work

        Just popped in to pick up a replacement screw for the missing one in my mobile phone mounting, these guys took a screw out of a new one and gave me the screw FOC ! This is what EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE looks like !! Well Done & THANK YOU !

        Listed as an official Orbea dealer but have refused to service or warranty my bike because I did not buy it from them. Obviously my money nor custom are good enough... terrible attitude!

        Went in as I had a loose front chain ring as my chain came off the night before! All fixed in about 15mins and off to work. Thank you all and as always fantastic service.
