        Very unprofessional of Managers to talk about customers who they dont like that come into the store, this is not nice to hear when you are a customer who now wont be coming back.

        Staff always helpful and good customer service but unfortunately Nail section products are quite sparse these days and getting very outdated, I feel capital needs to stock more current equipment/better quality equipment everything is very basic and outdated.
