My mum went in for a product that was recommended by others, and the lady was very dismissive , unhelpful ,and found gossiping with her colleague was more important then attending to customers.

I dont go into Poole often, but was extremely impressed by the staff here. They are extremely personable, friendly and informative. They clearly know the products well and take good care of their customers.

Lovely & VERY helpful staff ! Thank you ... I will be emailing your head of department to let them know how much you helped me with my feet trouble , the foot spray & cream has helped me over 100% & more , I cannot thankyou enough , it has been months since I have had a full night sleep ! without them getting hot / very itchy & basically driving me INSANE !!!! .... It works ! I can sleep without being woken up in the middle of the night , by my feet driving me insane with hot itchiness.. Thankyou thankyou thankyou Body shop staff in Poole !
