Attentive helpful staff and reasonably priced pub grub. We enjoyed our stay. We booked for 4 and 8 turned up, they moved tables to accommodate us! OK visited 04.05.23. Group of 8, 6 ate. Meals from 11.00 menu were good value but the last two were 1.5 hrs arriving and we're inedible. OK they were refunded. But the staff were saying that they were tired and the kitchen was understaffed. This place needs a bit of TLC and HR care. We were asked to move because WE had chairs in the isle. One of the adjacent tables completely blocked a fire door!!! Pics, table on left across fire door, dirty toilet door
