A vibrant shop and gallery space to explore and purchase some local talents work. You can find jewellery, wax melts, artwork, clothing, accessories for the home. All sorts. A cool concept store, and I love knowing every time I visit Pen there will be something new to check out.

Staff and owner are lovely and are incredibly friendly! Amazing shop that creates and supports the community. Bournemouth had always needed this.

Amazing place! A well orchestrated selection of local creatives and artists. The staff are super friendly. And organise some amazing events for all to get involved with. This little store/gallery might be the hub for the local creative community.

I was considerably less poor before Pen Gallery appeared - a much needed addition to BCP, Pen is the go-to destination for exciting, fresh, contemporary products from independent local artists. (And honestly it's comparably affordable too - I just can't help myself.) Not just a shop though, Pen has showcased some fantastic little community exhibitions and has brought playful creative workshops to the area, bringing creatives together. We need more Pen, and not just in Poole - it's a precious addition to arts and culture in the area. (And Director Emma Rowland is almost doing it all solo, dedicated gem you can't help but love her).

Pen Gallery has been what is missing from the centre of a creative and thriving town. With AUB just up the road and many artists working locally, Pen Gallery has brought us all together. Ems easy going and friendly nature has even brought the shyest creatives out of their shells and provided not only a gallery space but also a network space where we can meet up and collaborate with like minded people by joining workshops in the evenings. As a maker its also given me and others a space to sell our work, in a space that showcases and merchandises products in a high end, contemporary way, which is hard to find amongst big brand high streets. If your looking for local handmade products or prints or well selected Art/Graphic/lifestyle magazines Pengallery is a one stop shop! :) beware of the counter though! Youll think youve got everything you need, until your eye catches the stickers!!
