        I contacted Astek regarding a repair to my very elderly mother's gas oven. Initially I left an answerphone message but no response so I called after 24 hours. Appointment made to assess oven for repair after weekend. On day of repair no show so I contacted and gent said he was stuck in bad traffic in Weymouth. Agreement made that it was late in the day and so gent said he would contact me with available dates later in week. No further contact received despite further follow up text. I would have been much happier if guy had just said he was too busy to take on the repair instead of messing me about. Service: Oven repair
