Incredible! Cat & Irina have both guided me through breathwork sessions on a few occasions and I would recommend this to anyone. I struggled a lot but they are excellent at walking you through the process step by step and making you feel at ease. Ive also seen Irina for Reiki and would recommend that you give this type of treatment a go. Cat & Irina are amazing people and they are great listeners. If youre looking for this type of therapy then you really dont need to look any further. I used to be a big sceptic but they have definitely changed my view. Thank you so much!

Whenever I'm fortunate enough to attend one of their sessions, either it's a gong batch or breath work, I leave feeling very relaxed and more at peace with myself and the world. In todays stressful times it's great to be able to retune my body as well as my mind. The gentleness of Irina's and Cat's approach coupled with great sensitivity and mindfulness is very much appreciated. Can't wait to attend their next sessions. Highly recommended.

I felt completely welcome and safe in the space and felt very supported in moving through a block I had been holding most of my life. I loved the holistic approach to treatment and felt very connected to myself after. I would very much recommend this to anyone who is working on releasing blocks in their life or even some one who just want to feel more connected.
