Pet hates - waiting in telephone queue's and car salesmen. Well, we impulsively decided on a whim, to look for another vehicle, and visited WVM to look at a freelander, knowing never to buy the first one you look at. Dan was friendly, welcoming, and just gave us the service history, and the keys, and left us to it for an hour, test driving at our leisure, & inspecting etc. Our negotiations were friendly and mutually respectful, and we felt encouraged by the quality, history and apparent honesty. It was an easy purchase. Several weeks in, the vehicle was everything we had expected, just a little niggle, which I thought I'd mention to Dan. (bearing in mind it was a 12 year old motor)..'Put it in to your local dealer, I'll cover it' ! Too good to be true we thought. It was over 2 months since we'd bought it, till we sent the bill of over 200, and it was settled without hesitation instantly. Throughout our experience with Dan & Ian, I have to say, it was friendly, absolutely no pressure, quality reassuring, encouraging, and honesty above and beyond, and I can now remove car salesmen from my pet hates list..From our experience, we can without any reservation, completely recommend these for a quality, reassuring purchase 100%.
