My husband had my Wedding dress cleaned & repaired as I had caught the over layer & tore it so needed repaired. I also had my underskirt & Veil cleaned ,Im very pleased with the work as my dress & veil is very intricate with lots of beading & embellishments. The repair is done to the best of their ability with such a tricky place & material but its barely noticeable,The dress was also stored in a box with acid free paper.I Highly recommend for a professional job at a great price.

I couldnt be happier with the clean on my wedding dress. I had my dress, over skirt and veil cleaned. My dress was filthy underneath due to having a December wedding. My dress is very delicate with Baroque lace, thousands of hand-embroidered beads and paillettes. A delicately layered french chantilly lace and hand embroidered mini paillette tulle column skirt. The staff in this shop couldnt have been more helpful. The trail on my dress had a tear in and they have fixed it no problem at all. I cant even tell where the repair was done! Fantastic work! My dress is immaculate again just like the day I got it. Would highly recommend this shop. I will be returning and recommending you. Thank you so much.

4 Stars out of 5 because there is room for improvement as I did have a few problems with my cleaning. However, I am a firm believer in letting people fix things if you're not happy and this is exactly what happened here. I wasn't happy, voiced this and gave them the opportunity to fix the issues. Details: I brought my wedding dress, shoes and my husband's wedding suit to Dulais to be cleaned after our special day. I had a voucher for a box so that's why I went to Dulais instead of a closer company (I live in Hebburn). I have to say I was a bit stunned by the price when I got the bill but then again it's your wedding dress... how often will you get that cleaned? There are a few points I wasn't happy with: 1. After 4 weeks my dress and box still weren't available for pick up. This wasn't communicated to me. (I took the dress home without a box and got the box removed from the bill) 2. On the pick up the lady in the store couldn't find my shoes. 3. There were still some stains on the dress that didn't look like they were from my wedding. 4. The whole process of me dropping off my dress and getting it back took a total of 2 months instead of 4 weeks. But here are the things Dulais did to fix the problems I had: 1. They assured me they'd find the shoes for me and drop them off at my place instead of me travelling there. They did this and I had my shoes 3 days later. 2. They took my dress back for another round of cleaning and extra stain removal without any extra charge. 3. They dropped the dress off at my door once more and even fixed the missing buttons I was going to get replaced somewhere else. This was 3 weeks after the pickup. 4. For being patient and kind, they gave me the box for free. Dulais absolutely tried their best and were very communicative after I've voiced my issues. They do everything they can to make sure you're happy as long as you are honest and kind. I know I'm certainly happy now.
