Ive been to see Claire several times for different muscle related issues. On each occasion the problem was resolved quickly through careful assessment, sports massage and recommended exercises. I now see Claire on a regular basis for preventative/ proactive massage which is something I cant recommend enough. Top class, professional service. Thank you Foxy.

As I could not be treated in person due to the COVID19 crisis I was so relieved to find NESM could provide me with some much needed help remotely. Id badly sprained my ankle a couple of days ago, in the past its healed itself but not this time. My pain was up at level 8 until Claire was able to Whatsapp with me to explain how to apply Rock tape to the malleus bone area to support my ankle. Her explanation of the treatment was extremely thorough and very professional. She will continue to support me with further appointments too, primarily I feel such relief from the pain but its also a relief that I wont have to seek treatment at a walk in centre or hospital at this time.

An excellent company, which I would highly recommend. Claire is extremely knowledgable and the sports massages are the best Ive ever had.
