        Not only are the opening times ridiculous but the local postman does not knock on the door. Ever. He sees the doorbell right in front of him and choose not to press the button. I caught him in the act this morning as he was about to walk away with my parcels and confronted him about it but he had absolutely nothing to say. Ponteland DO, your residents dont deserve service like this! Please ask your postmen to do their job!
