        Impressed with the open and professional service provided by Goodfellows from the initial valuation meeting to the handing over of keys following the completion of the sale of property. I would have no hesitation in recommending friends and family to appoint Goodfellows Estate Agents should they wish to sell a property.

        I put 0 if I could. Worst agency I have seen in my life. Absolutely they don't want to solve the problems. I have moved recently to a house in NE6. Neighbour(Ground floor) is creating a lot of problems and we informed this to Agency(Heaton manager Linda and Sylvia) which they don't care and don't want to solve either. Instead of solving the issue, They are very very rude to me and asking me to pay the full amount if I leave. Seriously this is the worst worst agency I have ever seen in UK. Never ever recommend Goodfellows estate agents in Heaton area.
