Booked in to get my front suspension, drop links, tie rods & ball joints upgraded/replaced. After cancelling my booking twice (when dropping off the van), on the third time they finally did it, sort of. They forgot to replace the ball joints that were supplied and the camber was off and causing driving issues. The labour price at the end of the job was 150 more than quoted, even though they didn't fit the ball joints. I took it back to get the camber fixed and again they failed in getting it straight. I had to go to another garage, they had it straight within 15 minutes and the driving issues gone. The new garage also fixed the wheel alignment as that was also miles off. When raising the issues with Bank Top Garaged I was lied to and fobbed off "we didn't touch anything that would affect the wheel alignment", even though they literally changed the tie rods, or maybe they didn't, maybe they forgot to do that as well as the ball joints? Who knows. Wouldn't trust them again even though they've offered "something on the house" for the hassle. I'd rather pay and have it done properly. They also "diagnosed" another issue and told me to buy a 180 part, turns out that part wasn't the issue and so I'm now 180 out of pocket on that too. Service: Steering & suspension repair

Absolute waste of time dropped car off in morning as arranged got a phonecall in afternoon saying they didn't have the staff or time mechanic had no interest whatsoever why did they take on job in first place
