Having been gifted a voucher for birthday of 2 riding lessons with no expiry date there was a delay on booking after personal circumstances, long covid, a slipped disc etc. I tried to book these for just before the 12 month mark when I could physically ride, and was given incredibly limited times to book around working full time basically 4-6pm Mon to Fri, no weekends. To arrange, I was Promised call backs and never heard back any time. Having been given the runaround, my mum who bought me the voucher also tried and was then told (suitably for them) that there was a 12 month expired date which had then passed after they failed to get back in touch (but no condition on purchase or expiry date on the voucher). She was then given the run around and ignored despite numerous calls and a letter asking for a refund since they had not provided a serviceable. Really sad to feel de-frauded for 76 without providing a service or trying. Real disappointment.

Very expensive for full livery and job not done correctly. I was asked to drop onto DIY immediately when I challenge why I was helping putting extra straw into the stable as advised from the vet as one of our horses had laminitis. Within a week we left to a better happier place both for our horses and ourselves. All I can say its flooded in the winter and dry in the summer. Horses are left from 5pm till 9am in the winter far too long and sometimes water is frozen until 12 in the day time not acceptable .according to the BHS horses should have water available 24 hrs a day . We have learned an awful lot in 18 month and now they are kept in a 1st class environment.
