Useless. Told I need to fill in patient registration forms before I can even book an appointment, when the several other health centres I've been a patient of were able to accept the forms being completed on arrival for the appointment. Told that the forms weren't available online, and that they couldn't be emailed. It's 2017 and this surgery expect you to turn up in person to collect forms, go away, fill them in and bring them back, THEN they'll think about booking you an appointment! Receptionist kept repeating that forms were available from reception as though they were doing me a favour. Yeah, that's fine, it's not like I need to be at work during your opening hours or anything. Serious improvement needed to processes and patient care here - I shudder to think what happens if you're unable to go to the surgery, as I wasn't asked if I was able to or not, only repeatedly told that I had to!
