I originally booked the shoot for my son and grandson unfortunately my son couldn't make it. This wasn't a problem for Stephanie and she allowed me to change the venue at short notice. Stephanie was fantastic and made my grandson feel comfortable and he enjoyed the shoot immensely running around the park. I couldn't wish for better service or photos. I would definitely recommend.

After entering a draw for a free pet photo shoot and one small print at Castle Howard dog show, I was thrilled. However, after what felt like harassment to attend, I went and spent a day of my annual leave travelling for the shoot only to never hear anything more, no photos to review, no contact, nothing. Thankfully, it was only my time and a tank of fuel wasted. Be aware of "free" draws.

Well first I'd like to say the photos was stunning BUT the service is shocking we was told our print would be avaliable to collect on the Sunday, after a 40min drive each way! we arrived to be told there was no note saying we was to collect not was the print ready to collect. they offered to post it to us free of charge and we did get our print. when our digital images came through one of the pictures has 2 red circles drawn on it, and a back ground we asked to be changed was still the same, again no notes of this. eventually we got the red circles and background removed as a "apology" we was assured we would receive a video, with all of our pictures on from the day as a memory to keep. Still no video has been sent. you have to chase them up for every little thing, and for the price you pay I'd expect things to go alot smoother!
