Excellent pharmacy. Great little location with a good variety of small businesses nearby. Spotlessly clean and prompt, efficient and friendly service from the knowledgeable staff. I collected my prescription and have my blood pressure measured all within minutes. Highly recommended.

What a difference a change of management has made, Last called in here three months ago and it was utter chaos. Medications covering the floor, not sorted and impossible to locate, up to 8 staff wandering around aimlessly chatting leaving just one lady working whilst the queue went out the door and taking up to 10 days to get your prescriptions, if they found them at all. I passed again today and thought Id chance it and see if I could get my flu jab. Its a whole world different in there now. New manager Josh couldnt have been friendlier or more helpful, the shop looks amazingly orderly. I was told the chaos is no more, new manager and many new staff. If youve been here before Pre Josh give them another chance now, its completely different.

4 excuses since yesterday why prescription not ready called in to collect to be told no pharmacist in a very rude manner asked if my prescription was already done since was told weren't ready yesterday then this morning apparently it had only just arrived now 2 staff more bothered at a chit chat making excuses for Kelly to resort in abusive language and threats as I weren't happy they'd caused such delays and still not sorted

Credit where Credit is due This pharmacy has been pretty much a disaster for a very long time especially with prescriptions.. But In the last month or so, it seems to be on the turn around Been told a new young pharmacist has been placed and what a difference its made every time Ive ordered my prescription , Ive got all items within the week and the text message to say there ready!!!! Never all items also which is a first and not having to go racing around to other pharmacies trying to get them Whoever you are Welk Done and keep up the good work Your definitely making a difference

If I could give minus 10 that's what you deserve. NEVER get prescription right or on time NEVER. Rude staff especially small dark haired lady.
