Lucy was an absolute superstar from start to finish of our first (of hopefully many) dog boarding experience with her! We came to Lucy after having a bad experience with another dog boarder. Our dog, Bella, was very anxious as she had never stayed overnight at someone else's home before, and her last "trial" experience had left her even more worried! Lucy and Chris were absolutely lovely from the first time we spoke; they made us feel at ease and understood the situation and reassured us that they would be able to ease Bella into the dog boarding. It was really clear from the start how much they both love animals and they will do whatever it takes to make sure a dog settles in with them and feels safe and relaxed. Their house is really well set up for their business with plenty of room and facilities for the dogs (and any accidents that may happen!) And the dogs get a life of luxury during their stay! Lucy kept us updated throughout the stay with pictures and she was on hand to answer questions when we had them. Overall Bella had a wonderful time and settled in so well. We're over the moon to have found a lovely boarder in Lucy and one that Bella can see more and more and get used to going for her Doggy Holiday! We'd recommend Lucy and Chris to absolutely anyone. No matter what the situation is with your dog, they will listen and go above and beyond to make sure the dog is looked after and settles. Couldn't ask for anything more!

Lucy is amazing, and truly cares for other peoples pets as if they were her own. We are so glad we found them! The proof is in my dogs face when he realises where we are, he loves going to visit!!
