Harratts recently sorted a error code on my Daci Duster. Which was caused by a faulty Temperature sensor. My first time at this dealer, I was impressed not only by the work carried out but by the care & attention of the front of house staff. I have booked my car's next service with Harratts.

I bought a car from here which turned out to only have 5 days mot left on it . I obviously wasn't made aware of this at the time . There policy is a minimum 6 months . I got the mot done it passed only to find there's a discrepancy in the millage ie it's been clocked . I have since spoke to the manager Charlie who has used every excuse in the book to push this matter aside . This is now leaving me with no option but to contact citizens advice . For a trusted dealer to sell ne a car with 5 days mot and a dodgy mileage history I'm absolutely appalled at the service .
